COWORKNITY COVID-19 PREVENTIVE MEASURES

·       We ensure that our workspaces are clean and sanitary. Surfaces (such as desks and tables) and items (such as telephones and keyboards) are disinfected on a regular basis.

·       Encourage workers, contractors, and consumers to wash their hands frequently and thoroughly. Coworknity will guarantee that sanitising hand rub dispensers are strategically positioned around the workplace and that they are replenished on a regular basis.

·       Travel to contaminated locations, group meetings, and non-contact greetings are all things to avoid.

·       We'll make sure everyone follows the preventative measures and hand-washing recommendations that have been posted around the facility for you and your team.

·       Encourage team members to drink extra water and vitamin C to boost their immunity.

·       When working within the area, make sure that everyone on your team is wearing a mask.

·       Ascertain that all team members have been vaccinated and that they have their vaccination certificates on their devices.

·       If COVID-19 spreads in their neighbourhood, inform our workers, contractors, and customers that anyone with a slight cough or low-grade fever should stay at home. They should also stay at home (or work from home) if they've had to take any of the following three medications: paracetamol/acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or aspirin, which might mask illness symptoms.

·       Daily temperature checks are performed on each and every individual that enters the space, and the results are recorded.

·       Access to communal areas is restricted.

·       AHU filters will be cleaned on a regular and systematic basis.

·       All team members who arrive at work will be given information about the nearest hospital, including phone numbers.

·       Reduce the number of chairs in conference spaces to promote social distance. Please use video conferencing whenever feasible, and when that isn't possible, have meetings in open, well-ventilated places with adequate social distance.

·       Visitors will be prevented from entering the centres through certain access points. Anyone accessing the facility must go through a comprehensive screening process. Prior notification must be supplied to the Community Manager for any guests visiting the centre.

·       While waiting for an elevator to come, please maintain social distance in the elevators. Please keep your distance in elevators, and no more than two persons should be in the elevator at any given time.
